A pair of Norwegian cross-country skis—in miniature—made for a traveling salesman. The Splitkein ("split cane") brand was one of the first to produce (in the Thirties) laminated skis which were stronger, lighter, more flexible and more responsive in action. These handsome skis have their original Splitkein logos, a "structure" (channel) on the bottoms, and the number 354 stamped upon each ski.
