These cast iron bookends depict a highly-stylized rendering of the highly-stylized Temple of Rameses II in Abu Simbel, Egypt. The protective Winged Sun of Horus floats above the seated pharaoh. Made by Bradley & Hubbard (Meriden, CT) in the Twenties, they still wear their original polychrome painting. (5.25" x 4.5" x 2.75") be12893c
