Fifteen years on. It was a day on which everything changed. And, yet, some things have not changed at all. Is it possible that our worst day brought-out our best selves? At least for a while? On that day—and perhaps for a few days that followed—Americans were united as one people. But oh, what a price to pay for that unity.
