Artist Dan Durkin is one of the nicest guys you could know—and he was once a LEO Design staffer, too! After graduating from art school, Dan worked at the shop before moving-on to bigger and better things. But we’ve kept a part of him back here in the shop, in a way. He designs and makes greeting cards and we sell them! Sometimes we work together to create a concept—like the summer beach series, above—after which he creates the illustrations and prints-up the cards. Besides the summery beach scenes (shown above), we also currently have Dan’s songbirds, his New York City architectural landmarks and we have just placed an order for his Christmas cards (to arrive 1 November).
